The company adopts a three-tier working hour management system: standard working hours as the main approach, combined with the comprehensive calculation of working hours after approval by the human resources and social security department, and the non-fixed working hour system as a supplementary option. Without approval from the relevant authorities, no department is allowed to change the type of working hours for any position on its own.
Policy on Coercion and Harassment
The company adopts a zero-tolerance policy. Whether it's between superiors and subordinates, among colleagues, or with clients or outsourcing personnel, as long as there is any oppression or harassing behavior, it will be investigated without exception. 1. Employees will only be held liable to the company for intentional / gross negligence. Monthly deductions shall not exceed 20% of the salary and must be no less than the minimum wage; regular training upon resignation does not require compensation.
2. The company will make up for the unpaid salary and pay compensation. If there is no contract, double wages will be paid. For illegal dismissal, 2N compensation will be given. For wrongful resignation, actual losses will be compensated separately.
3. The party bound by the non-competition clause will receive the compensation.
